Dear Rue,

I just discovered you. You made your way into my inbox! Your beautiful poem captures so much and leaves the imagination to wonder about which word would most aptly encapsulate each year of our life, giving glory to God all along the way! Thanks be to God who has and continues to refine and sanctify us until He brings us home. Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful poem! Soli Deo Gloria!!!

Aw, hello! This was so dear to read—you worded it all in such a way that I felt we were meeting over a cup of tea. ☺️ And amen. I praise God, with you, for His hand “unraveling” our lives.

Thank you for taking a moment to say hello and share your sweet words. 💛

As I read this poem, rue, I thought myself, “this is…

so creative,

relatable yet completely your own,

dearly honest,

thought provoking,

captivating,

a testimony,

and absolutely lovely”

Always inspired by the ways you use the gift for words that God has given you. Thank you for sharing <3

As well as a mind that thinks of just the right ways to say it. Praise Him for that ♡

Beautiful! Once I realized it was a poem (which took an embarrassingly long time😆), I read it out loud and it was flowed wonderfully😂.

Thank you! It actually started as a journal entry that morphed into a poem so I laughed when you said it took you a minute to see the “poetry” part—it took me a minute too! 😂
