Thank you so much, Emma! And yes, I fully agree. One of my favorite things about the Dipper Bird is that they are the only songbird to live alongside the water. They sing their sound more loudly than other birds to lift it above the sound of the river water rushing by. Not only does she trust the provision of the river, but she sings amid the danger of trusting that provision. It's such a beautiful image of our walk with the Lord, to me.
